PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
Walnut Grove Builders Inc is now offering our services as a property maintenance company, it's called Walnut Grove Builders Property Maintenance.
We will take care of your property over the winter season and open it for you at the beginning of the summer season. Also, we offer the following services:
- Wellness Check-Ups
- Flush toilets, run water in all faucets, check heater/AC, change temperature for needed seasonal changes
- Winterization Interior
- This service involves all interior household water systems for vacancy or seasonal closure
- Begins by shutting off the main water sources and thoroughly draining all interior plumbing lines. Non-Toxic RV antifreeze is introduced into all drain traps
- Winterization Exterior
- This service involves all exterior water systems, including outside showers, hose bibs, and a cabana
- HVAC Service Contract
- Includes (1) Spring maintenance, (1) Fall maintenance, and (3) filter changes
- Includes 7 days a week on call
- Any other HVAC-related assessments/issues will be billed separately with a provided estimate
- Dryer Vents
- Smoke Detectors
- Replacement of batteries
- Quality Check
- Exterior Items
- Store/ and or secure outdoor furniture, cushions, and other items (grills, etc.) at the property safely
- Shutters
- Lower all (3) shutters; (1) at a time, then leave in a neutral position
- Fireplace
- Perform fireplace cleaning and preventative maintenance
- Any other fireplace-related assessments/issues will be billed separately with a provided estimate
- Grill
- Cleaning of exterior grill(s)
- Refrigerator
- Dispose of all perishables and clean refrigerator(s)
- Power Washing
- Use solutions and gentle pressure to deep-clean your deck, safelt strip away containments, prevent wood damahe, and brighten the surface
