We will take care of your property over the winter season and open it for you at the beginning of the summer season. Also, we offer the following services:

• You will be able to choose from weekly, biweekly and monthly inspections of your property with pictures
• Property walk throughs (checking the crawl space and exterior grounds for loose siding or any roof problems
• Check for any leaks
• Check the thermostats
• HVAC maintenance

• Set up and cleaning of furniture for outdoor spaces
• Window and screen cleaning and repairs
• Home repairs
• After storm evaluation
