Preliminary Meeting
A new construction home can be a challenge since it involves a team of experts consisting of builders, architects, interior designers and suppliers. It is a true journey but the end result is a custom home tailored just to your life style. John Michaels the owners of Walnut Grove Builders Inc will meet with the client and review their plans from their selected architect. 

Construction Proposal
After the preliminary meeting with the client we formulate a proposal for the work to be completed always keeping in mind the budget that you have set for this project.

Contract
The next phase is a contract that has been tailored to your final choices.  After signing the contract we proceed with the following steps.

Beginning of Construction
We apply for all building permits and construction will begin.

Progress of Work, Selections and Changes
We review with our team on a daily and weekly basis to see that your progress on your home is on schedule and on budget.  Also, if any changes are needed we contact the client immediately for their review.

Project Completion
After all inspections have been made, Walnut Grove Builders, Inc. will then turn your new custom home over to you to enjoy.  We hope you will then keep us in mind for any changes or renovations you may add in the future.
